Our Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Call-Out Charge
   A minimum call-out charge of £70 + VAT applies to all appointments. This charge includes up to 60 minutes of labour and the repair/fix where possible, excluding the cost of any parts or additional materials required.
2. Additional Time & Parts
   Any work exceeding 60 minutes, or requiring replacement parts/materials, will be charged additionally at the applicable rate.
3. Parking Charges
   Any parking charges incurred during attendance at the property will be added to the final invoice and must be paid by the customer.
4. Access & Parking Availability
   Customers must ensure suitable parking and access are available for the engineer at the appointment location. Adequate space must be available for a large van with a minimum height clearance of over 3 metres.
   Where parking is restricted (including permit-holder-only areas) and:
   • no visitor permit is provided,
   • no paid parking is available within close proximity, or
   • driveway parking is unavailable,
5. we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the call-out charge will remain payable and no refund will be given.
6. Photographs & Marketing
   We reserve the right to take photographs of completed or ongoing work for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes. Customer permission is not required unless the customer has specifically requested in writing prior to the appointment that no photographs are to be used.
7. Payment Terms
   All invoices are payable immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   Any deposit requested must be paid once invoiced and before work, materials, or bookings are confirmed. Full payment for completed works is due immediately upon invoice.
   Failure to make payment in accordance with these terms may result in additional charges, including but not limited to late payment fees, interest, debt recovery costs, and suspension of further work or services.
8. Appointment Cancellations
   Cancellations made with insufficient notice may still be subject to the minimum call-out charge.
9. Customer Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate address details, access to the property, and a safe working environment for the engineer.
10. VAT
    All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
11. Acceptance of Terms
    Booking an appointment with us constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
